Kirsty Collins is an artist making ceramic and assemblage sculpture, painting and digital art in Sydney. She completed an MFA at Sydney College of the Arts and a BFA at NSW COFA.
She worked in a previous life as a digital art director for such companies as Murdoch Media and IBM.
Her work has been exhibited at Hidden: Rookwood Cemetery Sculpture Walk, Leichhardt Fringe Festival, and Beams Art Festival. Also various pop-up exhibitions of interactive of sculpture and astronomy paintings. She was a finalist in the Melbourne Laneways, Art Commissions. Exhibited at Drift at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art, with performance, video animation and photography and also at the Hatched exhibition at PICA.
She is currently doing a ceramics Diploma at TAFE and exhibiting in various group exhibitions, teaching art to young people and developing art projects that collaborate with young people with Autism on art projects investigating senses and neuro-diversity.
